The role will be in charge of : planning of bar, cafeteria and room service activities; Organization of all activites related to the Food & Beverage division; Monitoring of revenues and espenses related to the area; Direct responsability for the selection, management and negotiations with supllier for products related to Food & Beverage; Management of employess.
